How Fast is Delivery?

Delivery time is 2–4 business days for orders within the EU and 4–6 business days for shipments outside the EU. Be advised that customs delays are out of our control and may affect delivery times. Your order will generally ship within 24–48 hours on business days.

How Can I Track my Order?

You will receive tracking information once your order is dispatched, which will allow you to follow the status of your shipment.

Do I need to Pay VAT/ Duties?

For orders within the EU, all taxes are included in the listed price.

For orders shipped outside the EU, VAT and duties are not included. Please be aware that you may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other related charges upon the arrival of your order. These charges depend on your country's customs regulations and, if applicable, will be collected by the courier.

Can I Cancel my Subscription at Any Time?

You can cancel based on your subscription plan:

Monthly Plan: You can cancel after 30 days.

3-Month Commitment: You can cancel after the initial 3 months.

6-Month Commitment: You can cancel after the initial 6 months.

To cancel, simply log into your account or contact our customer service team via email.

Can I make Changes in my Subscription?

Yes! Our subscription plans are designed to be flexible and adapt to your needs. You can switch between plans, update your delivery schedule, or modify your products at any time – directly from your account.

How do I Update my Shipping address or Payment Information?

Easily handle your account details by logging in and navigating to "Manage Subscriptions" under Account Details.

What Payment Methods are Accepted?

We operate on Shopify and accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods. Available payment options may vary depending on the country.

What’s the Difference Between a One-time Purchase and a Subscription Plan?

With a subscription, you get a lower price per unit, early access to restocks, and exclusive gifts and offers. It ensures you never miss out — even if a product sells out — and guarantees a steady monthly supply so you always have Mela when you need it.

Can I Pay in a Different Currency?

The currency for transactions is determined by the delivery country and is fixed. All transactions will be conducted in the currency specific to the delivery country.

Can I Cancel my Order?

Once you have received tracking information for your order, cancellation is no longer possible.

May I make changes to my order?

Should you need to change the delivery address or delivery date, you, as the consignee, must contact the courier directly. Please be aware that not all courier services permit changes to the delivery address.

How do I Make a Return?

How long is the return period?

You have 30 days from the receipt date to initiate a return.
